Disciplinary Actions

The Hawaiʻi Teacher Standards Board investigates violations of the HTSB Code of Ethics and Hawaii Administrative Rules §8-54-9.14 by licensees, permit holders, and applicants. Based on the documentation and evidence presented in cases (including testimony from individuals), the Board may take action on a license, permit, or application. This action may include, but is not limited to, revocation, suspension, or denial of application.
